What are your lifts now (Squat, Bench and Deadlift): B: 120, S:170, D:182.5
Do you compete in lifting: Nope
What is the most important thing you have learnt at PTC: It may sound cliché but it is
to work hard and never give up on your goals
Why do you train at PTC: The awesome community and its culture, we all lift different weights and have different athletic goals but we are all there to support one another
How many curls can you do: To be honest not many, haven't done them for many months, but at the end of the day still more than Trent.
Where did you train before PTC: In the world of Azeroth (nerd reference) and Fitness First
Why did you change from your previous gym: I needed a gym that has the same goals I do and the right equipment for my training purposes. I missed out on making the Australian world cup Gridiron team because I was not physical enough and didn't tackle well enough, I knew I had to make a change and improve my physical attributes to improve on these aspects to be one of the best players at my position in Australia.
Can you briefly describe your average daily meals: I am pretty bad in this regard; I basically eat what I want when I want, but am trying to improve my diet
What do you do outside of PTC: Long walks on the beach, horse riding and listening to all your problems
What are your goals: To make the next Australian Gridiron team and compete in the next world cup.
My long term goals are: Improve my overall strength, power, speed and agility
Short term goals: Get shredded haha, but in all honesty rehab my knees
If you didn’t spend all your time at PTC, you would be: Most likely sleeping
Name one thing you would add/subtract/change about PTC: I want a Viking press machine!
