or technique, try the lift with a light bar first - Avoid injury!
Why do you train at PTC: Good environment for lifters, can always get a spotter, good range of equipment

Where did you train before PTC: Fitness First Campbelltown
Why did you change from your previous gym: FF was too busy, squat racks were't useful for PL training, PTC environment was more family-like.
Can you briefly describe your average daily meals:
1pm 150g Chicken, 100g of Broccoli, 50g Brown Rice
4pm Rice cakes and Tuna
7pm 150g Beef + veges
10pm Protein Shake
Training days additional pasta/cookies
What do you do outside of PTC: Motorbike riding, outdoor trekking, gardening, baking, Bunnings.
What are your goals: 115kg Squat, 60kg Bench, 125kg Deadlift, become a coach,
inspire more females into lifting competitively.
If you didn’t spend all your time at PTC, you would be: I don't spend enough time there! LOL
Name one thing you would add/subtract/change about PTC: The toilet seat in the upstairs toilet needs to go! More crossfit. A Vending machine for soft drink and chocolate.
