What were your lifts when you started: 60kg squat, 40kg bench, 60kg deadlift

What are your lifts now (Squat, Bench and Deadlift): 205kg squat, 115kg bench, 242.5kg deadlift

Do you compete in lifting: Yes I compete in GPC, I currently hold the Junior record for the deadlift

What is the most important thing you have learnt at PTC: Good hip mobility is crucial for being able to keep your knees out on the squat. Also, don’t let Trent spot you on squats from behind.

Why do you train at PTC: I love the atmosphere, and the people. PTC has everything I could ever ask for in a gym.

How many curls can you do: I’ve done the empty bar for like 35 reps

Where did you train before PTC: Fitness First

Why did you change from your previous gym: I got sick of the people, sick of the bro’s telling me I’ll hurt my back from heavy squats, sick of the crappy pop music blaring through the speakers, and most of all sick of seeing idiotic personal trainers cause more harm than good to their clients.

Can you briefly describe your average daily meals: On weekdays I pretty much eat the same thing:

Breakfast: 3 eggs, 2 toast, 2 cups of milk

Snack: some fruit

Lunch: Rice, lots of meat, some veggies

During the gym session: a sandwich which I’m famous for

After gym: milk

Dinner: Rice, lots of meat, some veggies

Snack: some fruit

Before bed: 2 cups of milk

On weekends I eat whatever, usually I go out to eat.

What do you do outside of PTC: Play guitar, hang out with friends, watch shows/movies, look for job

What are your goals: Get as big and strong as I can, but still be healthy

My long term goals are: 300kg deadlift

Short term goals: Improve my crappy bench

If you didn’t spend all your time at PTC, you would be: a skinny ph***ot

Name one thing you would add/subtract/change about PTC: More eleiko bars and more fans
